We are delighted to be joined by Karen Prendergast Psychologist, Counsellor, Psychotherapist MIAHIP MICP. Karen has been working with us on our Self-Management Courses since 2019.

If you feel guilt when having an attack and ask yourself ‘what did I do to bring it on?’, or if you feel stress or fear of letting family and friends down by not attending family events then please join us for some practical tips and a talk on how to care for yourself and how to give yourself some compassion!
