Eileen Hopkins, Psychotherapist and Life Coach from Saol Coaching will do an online workshop on Coping with Anxiety. The event will take place on Thursday May 21st at 17:30. Eileen Hopkins is an experienced & professional Life, Career & Public Speaking Coach, and certified trainer. She spent over 30 years in a nursing and nurse management.
Eileen set up her own company to pursue her passion in the areas of self-care, resilience, personal development, pain management, education and empowering change. Eileen believes that everyone has the potential to live a happy and fulfilled life despite the many obstacles’ life can throw in their way.
In recognition of her work in setting up a self-management coaching program for persistent pain, Eileen was a finalist for both the ‘Rising Star Award’ by the International Coach Federation (2017) & ‘Health & Wellness Coach of the year,’ (2018)
