Jane Whelan from @yogawithjane will hold an Online Yoga for Migraine Session on Thursday April 9th 2020 at 18:45. You are all welcome to join in. On behalf of the Migraine Association of Ireland, we would like to thank Jane for her time and help with our Online Programme.

Jane completed the 500-hour Yoga Therapy Ireland (YTI) teacher training course in 2011 and YTI Yoga Therapy Diploma in 2015.

Jane offers mixed ability classes as well as private and corporate classes in Dublin, Ireland. The hatha classes are suitable for everyone. All students are very much encouraged to progress at their own pace to enjoy the potential benefits of increased flexibility and strength as well as reduced stress.

This session will take place via Zoom. To participate you must email info@migraine.ie where you will be sent login details. This will ensure your privacy and MAI’s continued compliance with GDPR. If you do not email us for this information you will be unable to join the session
