March For Migraine

Migraine Ireland is celebrating 30 years in existence this March. We’re inviting you to join us in celebrating by taking part in our:

March for Migraine fundraiser.

All we’re asking is that you walk, run, roll, swim, cycle, or just move the equivalent of a mile a day for 30 days of March and post your success on Facebook while raising money for Migraine Ireland and our vital services.

If you’re interested in taking part, please.

  • Create a Facebook fundraiser or other type of fundraiser if it suits you better.
  • Complete your mile (or 1.6 km) a day.
  • Send a photo of yourself doing the activity with permission for us to post it on our social media at the end of each week as part of a photo collage.
  • And raise money for your favourite Migraine charity!

Move to your own ability, and if you’re a step junkie, you can post a photo of your steps. And of course, if you feel up to it, do more than a mile.

If you’re unable to do a mile, then moving for 30 minutes a day in whatever way suits you might be a nice alternative.

This can be done indoors, outdoors, at home, in a park, with the dog, with the kids, wherever you are most comfortable.
