help relieve an attack.
Owl is on the school bus with a terrible headache. It's too hot, too sunny, too bumpy, and way too noisy. Owl remembers his super power: meditation. So he meditates on the school bus, and then when he gets home, using lots of practices that help him relax and feel better. With thanks to Janis Gioia from www.weemeditate.com who wrote this meditation for us.
